Returns & Refunds

Last updated: September 11, 2026.

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery. This policy is in addition to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Return eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags. Shoes should be tried on only on a clean indoor surface. Final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable before purchase are not eligible unless defective or required by law.

Start a return

Email info@cairnbridgetrading.com with the order number, item, and reason for return. Wait for return authorization and the designated return address before sending anything. The corporate address shown on this website is not a return warehouse unless customer service expressly confirms it for your return.

Return shipping

For preference or sizing returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or the item arrived defective, we will provide a reasonable return remedy and cover authorized return shipping where applicable.

Refund timing

After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the financial institution to post the credit. Original outbound shipping is not refundable unless the return results from our error or law requires otherwise.
